Comprehensive CDM Review

A Comprehensive CDM review gives your organization a full understanding of the
economic and regulatory issues that you face in maintaining or improving its
financial impact on your organization. A comprehensive review of your CDM
entails:
1. Analysis of your current CDM
2. Onsite interviews with hospital staff to determine procedures and protocols
3. Identify inaccurate or ambiguous coding, descriptors and pricing
4. Identify Medicare and Compliance issues
5. Presentation to staff on findings by experienced CDM specialists
6. Documentation supporting identified issues resident in the CDM
Utilizing MedChex CDM Management Software, our specialists will go through your
CDM and evaluate each item for common compliance issues and then make a
recommendation based on your protocols and procedures. You will be presented
with our findings in person and through electronic reports which give you the
opportunity to review changes before being implemented. Our seasoned
professionals are up to date on current acceptable coding standards and
procedures and will advise you according to our proven methodology.

This review provides hospital staff with the necessary information to implement
current coding standards into their organization without having to hire
additional qualified staff. We specialize in CDM maintenance and will make
available to you our wealth of experience so that you can make informed
